Recipeat

What's a recipeat you ask? Why it's a darn good recipe that's worth repeating! I recently discovered lentils and am head over heels. Smitten Kitchen featured this stewed lentils and tomatoes recipe (originally from Barefoot Contessa) and I couldn't wait to try it!


I added kale and mushrooms...you really could add any veggies you'd like! It was a warm, delicious, curry-spiced pot of heaven, and thankfully there was enough for some yummy leftovers! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
